I draw on the psychodynamic approach. I devote the first three appointments to understanding your situation and history, adapting the pace and tools to the nature of the crisis.

The first appointment is a calm conversation. No preparation is needed, and you set the pace.

Discussing further support

Ask about the scope of the consultation and possible next steps. Needs and available forms of help are discussed in relation to the circumstances. If you are seeking support for a child or someone close to you, give their age and clarify who will attend.

Availability and urgent help

Confirm the appointment time and whether the service matches the urgency of your concern. A scheduled consultation does not provide round-the-clock cover or an immediate response.
