Preparing for the first appointment

You can note examples of losing focus, putting off tasks or acting impulsively, and when these difficulties began. If you have previous reports, assessment results or school records, ask which would be useful. You can still discuss starting an assessment if those documents are unavailable.

Choosing an appointment

If this is your first step, choose an initial diagnostic consultation or contact reception. An interview, additional testing and a feedback appointment may be separate calendar entries. Before booking further stages, ask about the proposed scope, total fees and how findings will be shared.
